04th Edition CISO Summit Mumbai comes to a close bringing top Information security experts together to debate critical cyber security issues.
Mumbai- June 08, 2018– 04th Edition CISO Summit Mumbai, EC-Council’s flagship summit the leading summit on information security concluded its 04th annual edition in Mumbai.
More than 375 attendees experienced keynote presentations, peer-to-peer sessions, panel discussions, live demos during the day focused on topics such as artificial intelligence, data privacy, IoT, blockchain, Cybercrime & Threats and Security, Security Strategy, Infrastructure and Ransomware. The summit witnessed 20+ exhibitors along with the largest gathering of vendor delegates.
The summit which was hosted with the unparalleled support of three state governments- Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra was an effort to promote the challenges in cyber defence technologies by bringing the best from the government and corporate sectors under one roof.
With an agenda designed for CIOs, CXOs, CEOs, CTOs, Directors and Infosec leaders, the summit indicated that industry networking is high in demand within the region.
04th Edition CISO Summit Mumbai provided a platform for the regions Infosec leaders to interact and this year was no different. Mr. Jay Bavisi, CEO- EC-Council delivered his thoughts on the pressing cyber security issues that needs to be tackled in India and the goal for organising the summit was to bring the best content the cybersecurity industry has to offer on this platform. This was followed with keynotes by State resentatives in Information Security by Mr. J A Chwodary, IT Advisor and Special Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Mr. Brijesh Singh, Chief Information Security Officer, Maharashtra Cyber. The summit featured an international speaker in Mr. Andress Kutt, CTO- Jio Egov Center of Excellence Tallinn, Estonia along with other well know speakers in the cyber security industry viz, Ms. Puneet Bhasin Proprietor & Cyber Law Expert, Cyberjure Legal Consulting, Mr. Jiten Jain, Co-Founder, Voyager Infosec Ltd and Mr. Aman Ladia, Blockchain Architect and Independent Cyber Security Researcher.
